Why microsoft service center isn't responsible ?

I bought Microsoft lumia lumia 950 on date 10/08/2016 from Microsoft priority reseller. after 2 months sudden my touch wasn't responding . i tried service center but they told me i have to go store for future detail they won't change my phone touch but after trying other service centre they finally agreed to change it but after service my phone getting heated easily after normal use and and after 2 month of use my touch got crack from middle without any external force or accident and now service center blaming me i have to come within 6 month if i was facing this problem .
i don't know how to tell them i phone got worst after service and they are not helping me at all .so please help me how to get genuine solution for this .after all this problem i am quite sure i won't buy any phone related to Microsoft.
