Lumia 950XL Buzz

My Lumia 950 XL when plugged into the charger has an intermittent buzzing every minute or so. Does this mean that my phone needs repairing or do I need to replace the battery? I have tried everything, I tried charging it on the wireless charger, the usb port on my pc and the wall charger, but it still buzzes and won't charge. What's causing my phone to buzz and not turn on? Tried everything, please help!
