Is the Icon globally unlocked?

I'll be travelling abroad soon from the US to multiple European countries. I was wondering if the Lumia Icon supports other global networks when travelling abroad. I know it's a Verizon phone but it does support AT&T and T Mobile networks from what I understand, just no LTE. After all, I have a Freedompop SIM in my Icon which is powered by T Mobile and AT&T networks. But what I'm wondering is whether this phone is locked to US carriers? If I were to activate it on Freedompop or T Mobile's global plan, will it work when I travel to Europe?

Yes it'll work overseas as long as the bands line up.

As per usual for it though, you may not be able to access the settings to get MMS working.
