Freezing Windows 10 Pro x64!

I'll try to keep it to the point.
Problem: I am facing unpredictable freezes on my Windows 10 desktop.
When: I was typing a message in facebook chat & all on a sudden my PC screen just got still!
PC spec.s: Motherboard: Gigabyte B250M-DS3H (latest BIOS)
CPU: i5-7400
RAM: 4 GB 2133Mhz HyperX
Graphics card: Don't have.
Status: 1. Windows is up to date as suggested by "Windows Update" screen. "Winver" command confirmed that the version is" 1703(15063.483).
Steps taken: Nothing. I faced the same issue with different browsers on my PC & none seemed/seems to solve the problem. I posted the thread as soon as I restarted my PC after 5th freeze today afternoon.
Sorry if this post/thread is irrelevant here. But I couldn't make out where or whom should I ask it. I mailed Microsoft, don't know whether that's replied(I reseted all my browsers & didn't lgin anywhere except facebook & here. Thank you. Expecting a helpful reply.

Did you open task manager to see what application is taking up your PC resources? This can be anything from a virus to bad memory or a failing hard drive and so on
