HP Elite x3 displaying "Phone Off"

All,

My x3 is showing "Phone Off" and it is not in Airplane Mode. I have tried all sorts of resets and have not been successful in reviving it. Wi-Fi does work, but nothing from the SIM.

Any suggestions?

What carrier are you on? You might need to contact your carrier and provide them the IMEI of your x3 so that they can activate it on their end for you.

Have you tried removing the sim, restarting the phone, and putting the sim back in?

You may want to go to your carrier and try a new sim card if that doesn't work.

Try a spare sim that you know works if you have. Could be the sim card. I am not certain how to test it any other way, but HP Elite support might. You could try the HP diagnostics app to see if there a way to test that part of the device.
