I recently bought this phone and it also often hangs/freezing from me and reboots to build CU (15063.XXXX) and FCU (15254.ХХХ), it is stable and no freezes only on AU assemblies (14393.XXXX), I am very upset with this phone …
Hard reset after firmware does not help to solve this problem.
Any advice, help.

I would use the WDRT and then update in a few steps from there to the latest build. At least that worked for my mother's Alcatel Idol 4 Pro.
