MS Store problems, HELP!!!!!

I need help, I haven't been able to access the windows store on my surface RT for weeks now, it keeps saying "your PC isn't connected to the internet. To use the store, connect to the internet and then try again", But there is internet in the surface, infact I'm using it to post this. Funny thing is the live tile updates to show what's new and how many updates I have, Any ideas? It'll be much appreciated. Thanks.

Run "WSReset.exe" as Administrator
