Just wondering, does Windows RT support the dual digitizer input, similar to what the Surface Pro has? And if so, are there any tablets that have this dual digitizer with Windows RT?

Not Wacom specifically, but companies that make styluses that use an active digitizer (active digitizers do not respond to finger input, resistive is based around pressure and considered obsolete, and capacitive is obviously what almost all touch devices nowadays use). However Wacom is perhaps the biggest vendor for them.

UPDATE: While not Windows RT, I have found this gem. http://www.windowscentral.com/dell-venue-8-pro-unboxing - I may get it despite it being full Windows 8 because it is definitely reasonably priced.
