Is there any way to move my favorite apps to the home screen? I have to make too many operations to get to the two or three apps I use frequently.

You really don't know this? Instead of tapping the icon of the desired app like you're going to start it up, press and hold it for a bit and you'll get a little menu. Select pin to start and it's on there!

Since this is the Xbox forum, obviously I was talking about the Xbox, not Windows phone.

The best option is to just use the quicklist box on the bottom left of the home screen. It is simply a "most recent" folder, which is what I use if I want Netflix, Zune, etc.
