Need for Speed Rivals - Only play issues

My router is across my house and I get a terrible signal where my Xbox One sits, but luckily when I had Verizon Fios installed the installer installed an Ethernet cable for me.

Here's the issue: I cannot play Need for Speed Rivals online. Contacted EA support today and we went through some troubleshooting. Nothing worked... They had me re-install the game and it didn't help either. Then he asked me to connect VIA Wi-Fi and try again. For some reason it worked over Wi-Fi, went back to Ethernet and it didn't work again. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue or if someone has found a fix for it.

Everything else works through Ethernet

just contacted Microsoft and they said they are going to look into it.

NAT Type: Moderate

Same on Wi-Fi

You are technically connecting to Origin, maybe the only allow Open NAT's? I would work on getting your NAT open that may fix the problem. The easiest way is to set your xbox to the DMZ on your router.
