So I was able to do both in my Xbox 360 and haven't been able to get the game to start.
Per EA, I've cleared my cache, reset my clock, deleted and reinstalled my game profile, DL disk 1 & 2 onto my hard rive and still cannot get the game to start.
The inky way the game starts is if I delete update 7 for bf4. But even though I'm able to get to the multiplayer screen and am able to see the options to jump onto bf/Second assault/china rising maps, I can't play the actual S.A. dlc because a pop up screen comes up telling me mu disk is dirty and should clean it and boots me to the main screen.
Does anyone have or had this issue, please chime in with your help/advice/work around.
