XBOX 360 Game With Gold not showing up on XBOX One

My free 360 Games With Gold are not showing in my "Ready To Install" on my XBOX One. Is anyone else having this issue? I even went onto my 360 and "purchased" the games in case that was the problem but they still do not show. Any thoughts?

Are you talking about dirt 3, if so i was thinking the same as major nelson said that all games with gold from november will be backwards compatible but iys not on the 'leaked list' either

Yea Dirt 3 isn't listed on my Xbox One "Ready to Install" and I'm not sure why.

Backwards compatibility goes live 11/12/2015, so, that's tomorrow, right?

Here is the exact statement:

Regardless of when you receive the New Xbox One Experience system update, the Xbox One Backward Compatibility feature will begin rolling out starting at 12:01 PM (noon) PT on November 12th. To start playing your Xbox 360 games on Xbox One after this time, refresh your Game Collection to see your pre-purchased, digital Xbox 360 titles from the Backward Compatible title list in your ready to install queue or simply insert the disc for a supported Xbox 360 title and download the game to start playing it on Xbox One.

TL:dr: NXOE starts rolling out after 12:01am PT Thursday, November 12th. Back Compat titles will be playable or start to appear in your collection (for digital purchases) after 12:01 pm (Noon) PT on Thursday

They have arrived! But my Gears of War 1 keeps wanting to update then says there is an error and closes the game. So other than Gears 1 it is working great.
