Movies &TV*way quiet

Has anyone else had an issue where the volume on the XBOX One is the same for everything, but*when you watch a movie via the Movies & TV app it is extremely quiet. So you have to turn the volume way*up on your TV or soundbar? It happens only with Movies & TV........

Hi, do you still have this problem?
Are these movies downloaded via the 'Movies & TV' app?
Or from 'alternative' sites and viewed through the app?

Hi, Sorry, apparently I had my notifications turned off for the forums. Yes I still have this problem. It is only movies bought or rented through the Windows Store. It is app specific. So when we are watching a movie and I have my soundbar AND my TV cranked all the way up. When I press B to exit after watching the movie the button sound is extremely loud. Any other app I don't have to do this with.

I have this exact problem and have no idea what the deal is. I'm going to continue perusing other forums -- have you tried Microsoft Community by chance?
