Currently, my Xbox email is also my email for the MS Office, Skype, and many other MS services. Xbox s console is also used by other members in the house. My personal/professional email messages popping up on Xbox, even getting skype messages/call and all is visible if I forgot to sign out.

So, the question is, is it easy to change the email id (not GT, only email ID). Would I lose anything - points, achievements, Xbox Live Gold, and other premium services associated with current email? Is it easy switch?

There is no email app on Xbox...?

Skype notifications (and all other notifications) can be turned off in settings. You can also hide your email address from the Home screen.

By "email ID" I assume you mean Microsoft Account - your Xbox profile is tied to that so it cannot be changed. You would have to make a whole new account.
