Hey guys, I need a quick advice. My console is having weird issues with internet - I can't download anything. Did soft reset, hard reset, wired & wireless connection, deleted profile too. Basically did everything found online. Still no luck. I still have warranty on it from Microsoft - MS - (registered it at Xbox site) (bought from Newegg), I'm wondering if I can exchange it at MS store instead of sending it to provided address (by MS) and wait for it to be delivered then wait for a new device to be sent.
If I can, what items should I return in the box?
