Can you restrict/parental control your child’s play when gamesharing on Xbox live?

Son recently started game sharing with his friend I have specific content and age appropriate restrictions on his account, but do those apply to his play on his friends account? And if not do we have any other options? And is there any way to restrict his ability to game share his friends account ?

Game sharing won't affect any parental controls in place for a specific account. All game sharing does is allow access to play what that person has for free. But if your son's account has restrictions for a certain age rating, that specific game will ask for parents permission.
