With the rumored Xi5 and OnePlus getting roms for Windows 10. Who is responsible for making sure Windows 10 runs well on these devices? Microsoft? OnePlus? Xiaomi? Or better yet, firmware updates for issues?

Obviously Microsoft, as these manufacturers don't give a damn about W10M 😉

Do you think Microsoft can ever offer firmware updates to make the system more stable? Would the update for firmware be pushed by MS or by MFG?

A dual ROM loader from OnePlus would be exceptional! ☺
