    I went to update my zune so I could update my wp7 phone to mango and I got all the way thru on the zune update and it said to disconnect my device. I did that and it keeps saying to disconnect my device. I even tried to unistall zune and stops on the same message.

    Anyone out there can help? I really want to get mango on my phone.

    The sequence you've followed and history are not obvious here and I'm not sure I can help -I don't recognize your problem. I assume this isn't a new phone and a first connect. Have you tried removing your phone under Account -> Computers and devices, and then connecting the phone following a restarted computer?

    Otherwise, I would just seek assistance at Zune Support at 877-get-zune.

    I went to update my phone to mango and my zune said I needed to up date my zune first. When I went thru the update process it came to a point where it said to disconnect my phone. I did that and it still comes up the same thing. I cannot even unistall my zune because it comes up to that same spot and won't let me go any further.
