I had three Zune's G1, G2 and HD. They were great, it was always infuriating when tech pundits would talk about music subscription music services like Rhapsody and Spotify but fail to mention the Zune Music Pass which was around since what, 2008?
I digress... I'm here to complain about a killer feature the Zune software had for XBox video purchases: the mini-video screen that you could watch videos on that would stay present regardless of whatever other applications you were running at the time. I was usually running some video (mostly as background noise so I didn't bounce around music playlists) while working. It was, for me at least, the killer feature of the Zune software.
Anybody else miss it or am I an outlier? (I'm tempted to recreate it in WPF if it's possible but probably wouldn't have access to purchased vids)
