Everything Except the vibrat stopped working :( lumia 920

i've got lumia 920.. the screen is on but the touch screen and physical buttons arn't working...
but the vibrate is working...
i tried soft reset...
should i try hard reset? or there is another options?

This sounds like your display itself is broken. I'd recommend trying to get your local Nokia care retailer to replace the screen and digitizer if you are under warranty.

If when you say hard reset you mean a factory reset, then you can't do this without the touchscreen working. You're going to have to either do like Muessig said (depending on where you live) or call your insurance company (if you have insurance). I wish I had better news for you.

I have had this problem before, you need to restart your phone somehow. I had to pull my battery out but that was because I had a 620. Maybe u should hard reset with volume up + power. Or I think it was volume down and power, I'm not sure.
