Lumia 520 data loss- help

I reset my phone by selecting restore factory settings without taking back up of contacts or messages or videos / pics on phone memory.. is there any way by which i can restore the same?

NOT from the phone - a hard reset wipes all that out.
Anything on the sdCard s/b intact.

Contacts can be gotten from your Outlook (Live / hotmail) email account. (the account you used to sign in to the phone). Check ONE Drive for auto-uploads ? possible auto backups ?
