Matched music not syncing with Xbox Music on my WP

All my matched music is showing up on the music app on my desktop but the music and any playlist etc.. don't sync at all to my windows phone. Talked to tech support which didn't seem to have any clue and searched around but can't seem to find anything. Try here.
In my xbox account online I have my phone listed as one of the authorized devices

It looks like all of it sudden it started synching. As I'm playing a song I noticed in the menu bar it started updating my collection. Xbox music just does what it wants to do when it wants to do it. Everything is good now....for now.
