Unable to update and install Line and Nokia Storyteller on 1520. Please help

I have tried downloading the update but when it comes to install it tells me "Attention required" now I have deleted and tried downloading it again but it won't install. Anybody please help.

try taping on the error and hit retry. Are you using mobile data or a Wi-Fi connection ?

what happens when you try to do the same on mobile data ?

The same thing.could this be that these apps were being updated for WP 8.1 and I am running the wp8 that's why it won't work?

Nope this shouldn't happen since I am using these apps on my device. Try a soft reset by holding volume down + lock button at the same time until your phone vibrates and reboot itself (ignore the black screen to power off the phone ).

Turn off your phone and turn on, and tray again. I have this problem on one football brasil apps, and after turn on, install apps(update)
