My Lumia 720's battery drained

I wasn't able to charge my lumia 720 yesterday, then when I got home, i plugged the charger into it, then it was not charging. I waited for about 2 hours, but I wasn't able to turn it on. I tried the soft reset, it didn't work, i tried the hard reset, it still didn't work. Then this morning, i tried the same routine, it still did not work. I went to some Nokia store, they say it was only drained. I charged it for 4 hrs, it still didnt work. So. What the heck can I do.

I'm taking a wild guess, but I think it may be a problem with the charger
Try charging with another charger
