Viber disconnection problem

I am using Desktop viber but from a few days when I have started PTCL EVo internet connection, the viber is alwasy disconnected...can any one help me

It sounds that this issue is due to your internet source, since the issue began when you started using PTCL. Please contact your internet provider for assistance with this.
