I am finding i hard to download video and audio from facebook, please help.

I have a Nokia Lumia 520 window phone but downloading video and audio from my facebook page has been very difficult. please help if you can.I had a ZTE v790 that had a very easy way of download by long holding on the video and the pop-up download message will just come out but this Lumia is not that way..
