I have a Lumia 620 and a Lumia 920.. Both on DP 8.1 update 1.. But for quite some time my L620 just doesn't seem to connect to the Microsoft account..
I tried going into settings> email +accounts> outlook
But whenever I try to select.. It doesn't budge.. I can add any other account but a Microsoft account.. Doesn't even show an error.. The phone is now running on a Gmail account..
But never had this problem with my L920
