[Help] Unique problem with updated Asphalt 8.

Since the last update. phone is not showing the game as installed but the store lists it as installed. Please help what can I do. ? I cannot unisntall coz the game is not listed on the phone . Cannot install coz store lists it as already installed .
I'm on season 8, have 900 stars . I really do need it .

Try a soft reset

Will that erase all the data?

No. A soft reset is just like a computer reboot - it just restarts the system leaving all your data intact. Soft reset on most Lumia phones = Volume Down + Power button for 15 sec.

Soft reset didn't help. Had to do a hard reset.
