Nokia Lumia 1020 windows 8.1 update?

i have windows developer preview of 8.1 installed on my lumia 1020. i am in canada and i got this phone from india . While the news state that the official 8.1 update for the lumia 1020 already has been rolled out, but i havent got it yet !! please help

You may need to downgrade to WP8 in order to get the official WP8.1 + Cyan. For now, DP users can't install Cyan for the Bitlocker (Encryption feature) problem... so you can wait until MS relaunch the Cyan update for DP users (Will take a time) or you can downgrade to WP8 and get the WP8.1 offcial.
