Lumia 920 Wake Up Delay

So for the past couple days, I've noticed that the lock screen is delayed for several seconds when pressing a button to wake it up. It's the black "Resuming..." screen. I thought it had something to do with the Live Lockscreen Beta app, so I deleted it and restart my phone. Turns out it didn't help. I've currently go the developer preview app installed so I don't have Lumia Cyan installed.
Can anyone help??

enable kids corner, then leave it on or disable it afterwards, it doesnt matter.
