WhatsApp can't access screenshots gallery

I can't share via WhatsApp a screenshot I had taken directly, i hace to change ditectory by using file explorer. It's there any solution?

I had that.. For some reason do a screen shot of the screenshot and it will send....odd I know..but it worked for me

Strange it works fine on mine, what's your WP? Does it have a MicroSD slot? The app might be confused as too where the filepath to the screenshots are if there is a microSD in it. It's a theory.

Another problem with whatsapp seems to be that you cant attach media contained in your microsd. It will only look in folders stored on your phone memory.
