Hello. Okay, so I try explain this as good as I can (my English is bad): I was watching a video on YouTube and suddenly my phone (Lumia 1320) freeze. Then I pressed the power button
and the screen was absolutely messed. I still could take pictures, but I couldn't see anything but colors (It's hard to explain). Then I did the soft reset, it worked, but a few seconds later the screen went black again. So I put the phone to charging (even though there were still 20% left) and the phone worked again.
But now... Calendar, most of the settings, Battery Sense, Bing Translator, email and Podcast doesn't work anymore. Some of the apps show something like this: @{Microsoft.MSCalendar_1.0.5 etc... And like I said I can't open the settings or Google Mail.
Soft reset didn't work. Should I do the hard reset or what?? Thanks for answering and reading my horrible English.
