Forgot password for Microsoft account-Phone stolen-how do I use find my phone?

My lumia 520 got stolen (I am from the Philippines). I tried to use "Find My Phone" in my PC but I forgot my email account in Microsoft and my password too. PLEASE HELP ME! I really do not know what to do.

If you truly forgot your email and password, nobody can help you.

Try to remember it, do you have a fallback email? one you can use to reset the password?

The only way to get it back is if you set up an alternative email as a backup so it can forward you to main ones your after. Or usually gives you security questions that you must answer. If not...then sorry buddy.

If you set up your account properly you would not have any problems in the firstplace.
But its hard to believe that you forgot your mailaccount and your pasword.
If this is a honest question then the answer is already given.
There is simple no way to recover your account.
You need your accountadres in order to recover it.
