missing calander, music, games/xbox app after cyan update on lumia 920

WPCentral Question

I updated the phone today. The calander app is not listed neither are the music or the XBox app. My games, it seems, have been deleted. There is ample space on the mobile and I have checked there are no new updates available as well. Anyone has a solution?
