Windows Store App not Displaying Previously Downloaded Apps

OK, new problem. After restoring my Lumia 1020, The Windows Store app isn't showing me my previous downloaded apps. How do I get my phone to display the apps that I've downloaded from the last backup?

Press the 3 tiny dots in the corner and they will be an option called my apps. It should be there
