I cant seem to enable Living images on Nokia Lumia 920 with cyan update and not developers

Based on last time, I have a cyan update on L920 and using the Nokia camera beta, I could use living images by going to settings and pressing the default setting and it will enable that feature, why is it not?

Is it only applicable to developers?

I forgot that is supposed to be apart of the Cyan update. I need to check it out for myself.

It's only officially available on the 930, 1520 and Icon because of their faster chipsets. They were testing it out on older hardware but decided that it wasn't stable enough...
