Can apps be copied on PC?

There is any way to copy the install kit of apps on PC? Something like using iTunes for IOS? For some time I am searching regarding this matter but I could not find anything. Anybody has any ideea?

Your MS account keeps the record of all the apps installed, you can access in the Windows phone web and log on your MS account, then you can see the Purchase history with all the apps you have installed in the phone and reinstall all the apps you want. No need for dedicated software.
