Buying an app in a different store (location change)

Hi,

I wanted to know if you are aware of what would happen if I buy an app in one of microsft's app stores (let's say in Canada) and then switch the phone's region to USA (for a better Cortana experience). Will I be able to use my app anyway?

I buy apps from my local region store, but I switch to USA for Cortana and the apps work fine despite the region change.
