Re: at&t Qi support

AT&T has chosen to support the PMA wireless charging standard instead of Qi. The AT&T version of the Lumia 1520 has Qi removed but there is an optional cover that enables PMA charging. It's not as nice as built in Qi was. Future phones may have PMA built in unless AT&T changes their mind and decides to support Qi again.

Re: at&t Qi support

AT&T got in bed with the standard that is attempting to compete with Qi.
In doing that, it rips Qi from phones hoping to retard adoption of a competing standard.

If you want to stick with Qi, I recommend waiting to see how feasible adding Qi back is, it may be as simple as a cover swap.
