how do I transfer apps and data from old Micro sd card to New Micro sd card

I wanted to know if it is possible to transfer and files: apps & data including hidden file from Old 16GB Micro sd card already in the phone to an New 32 GB Micro sd card that I would like to replace the old one with ?

Insert old SD, connect you phone to PC. Copy everything from SD to new folder (create one). Now insert new SD, reconnect to PC, transfer everything from New folder to SD.

I think it shouldn't be a problem
