well i'm using a Lumia 820 with the latest update of WP8 Preview for Developers (i update just a week ago) and i also get Cyan just few weeks ago, and now i can't turn on the Thetering option (shared Connection). i get the message that i don't have internet connection (i actually do) and it says "Connection not shared"
Just weeks ago i was using it to share internet to my laptop and now i can't, and the only different thing it's the software version (latest update from pfd) and that i'm running low on data, but i deactivated the Data Sense and nothing...
