Is there an option to turn off the live tile feature for a specific app?

about windows phone 8.1

is there an option to turn off the live tile feature for a specific app .. and also when i tap the wifi toggle on control center does it turn it on or off .. or take me to wifi setting ??!!

To turn off live tiles you disable the background task.

Slide over to the apps list and find Battery Saver. Find the app your looking for, tap, and turn off background tasks.

The WiFi setting toggles is a bit of different. If it's off and you tap it, it turns on and connects to a WiFi if it's known (depending on your WiFi settings). To turn it off you tap it and it takes you to the WiFi settings to flick the switch. If you don't want the WiFi to turn on by itself be sure to disable that feature under 'Turn WiFi back on' to Manual.
