MSN Health and Fitness diet data removed

Is there a way to view, analyse or plot sugar contents, salt and other quantities in the MSN Health and Fitness cloud site.

Microsoft recently changed to MSN Health and Fitness from Bing HealthVault. HealthVault, in the diet analysis option, had the capability of viewing and plotting additional data such as sugar content, salt and other quantities (in addition to the common fat, calories, carb, proteins). Sugar, sodium and other quantities can be as important or even more important for health purposes (diabetes, high blood pressure etc)

Does anyone know why Microsoft removed this quantities, since the food data base used in the phone app of MSN Health and Fitness in the Food, Nutrition Facts, has a very extensive list of nutrition quantities. The data is there, why not use it?
