Why are my headphones showing as plugged in even after I unplugged them?

in my wp8 already remove headphone but it still pluging

today I'm listening music in my lumia 520 by headphone but when i remove headphone. it is still pluging no sound in phone speaker . when i connect headphone ti is working well.
When I received a call i can't listen him

Restart the phone will the headphones are removed.
