I keep getting error code 85002012 on Nokia 820 can you tell me why?

What are you trying to do when you get that error code? Update your OS? Update an app? Sync your emails? Buy a new app from the Store?

For me it's always in mail, sometimes clears up, Microsoft says the only way to fix is a hard reset and don't restore your backup it'll be fine. I've yet to do it because I think it may happen again. This weekend is the day for me though as it's become annoying.
