Why is my lumia 920 so slow?

Hi.

My Lumia 920 seems to have gotten slower ever since I bought it. But lately, sometimes when I push the power button to get to lock screen, I try to open the phone (slide up). But nothing happends. After like 5-10 seconds it let's me use the phone. And sometimes it's so slow that the phone turns of the screen before I get any response.

Am I the only one?
How can I fix this?

What version OS and firmware are you running? 8?, Black?, 8.1?, Cyan? Developer Preview?
When is the last time you rebooted your phone? (holding the power and volume down buttons together until it vibrates) sometimes, that'll clear things up.

Do you get a "resuming..." when you turn on the phone sometimes? (or often)
