How do I fix Lumia 800 password locked if I forgot password?

Hello, I have an old Lumia 800 phone with screen lock. My problem is that I can't remember the code. What can I do?

Oh yes it's possible to do a factory reset on your 800. All you need to do is turn off your 800.

Then after that press these keys:

Volume Down+Camera+Power, release the Power but keep holding the Volume Down and Camera button for around 5 seconds.

Your phone will now be factory resetting without prompting you, of course you will lose everything so hopefully you don't lose to much.

You can reinstall OS with Nokia Care Suite and modified usergroupconfig.cfg (just google)
After that, screen lock should be wiped completely.

It's actually volume UP and power button....you done a soft reset.... Try again with my way mate

Hmm it doesn't work I have tried a number of different combinations with out any luck. Phone is still screen locked. My last try must is using the Nokia software.
