Issue. My Microsoft account doesn?t work. How do I close it and make a new one?

I have tried almost everything. New password etc.. Nothing Works and I cant update my Lumia 925 until it Works.

You can create a new Microsoft account, anytime, by going to the live.com website and choose "Sign up now". You'll be taken to a page where you can input all the needed information... though you may not use the same Microsoft username twice. You may then use this new account on your L925. However, in doing so, you will lose all your current personal information from your phone.

With this, please provide us with more information about your problem: what did you mean by "account doesn't work"? Can't login? Is it locked? Did you forget your password? Other information? These could help us resolve your problem without having to lose your personal data.:smile:
