How do I export contacts in order to switch MS accounts?

I just purchased a new 830 and a few months back I switched what account I use for onedrive and outlook.com to be more professional for resumes, etc. The problem is all my windows phone data is backed up to an old account. I cannot find a way to back up my contacts so that when I load the new MS account into my phone I don't lose all that data or have to manual enter it.

I could just live with having two accounts after all I've been doing it for a while now but I'd really like to be able to access my one drive files on my phone...
