Why am I not able to update apps on my Lumia 920?

Lumia 920 has been acting really strange.

Last night i noticed my phone(lumia 920) acting strange. I didnt think much about it until was today. The problem im having noting seems to update, not apps or even a phone update. When i try to update apps its just says pending and noting happens it just says retry or attention required tap here. I also seem to have gotten a phone update, but when i try downloading it it goes to 100% then to 0% and will say an update is ready to download again. I also dont seem to be connected to wifi, although i am. It says connected and everything is fine, but it not running on wifi, even though it shows i am at the top. I am on the Developer preview, not sure if its a bug or something.

Strange.. Disable the dev preview app and then check if you still have the issues with wifi.. All of your problems seem to be caused by the wifi connection issue

Have your 920 "forget" that WiFi connection.

Reboot.

Reestablish the connection from scratch.

Make sure your Microsoft account syncs... If it does not, Turn off Data sense, make sure date and time are correct and try again.

This worked. Able to update my apps and download new ones too.
